Terms and Conditions for Tours and Services: 20% deposit for administration fees is non-refundable once the booking is confirmed, the full amount is payable 2 weeks before the date of the booking, cancellations within 5 days of the booking will result in a 50% refund of total invoice amount, and cancellations within 3 days will result in full loss of the total invoice amount.
Terms and Condtions for Bike Rental: Cancellation less than 1 month before departure date results in 20% administration fees. Cancellation less than 1 week before departure date results in 50% refund. No show: no refund.
